л = character code 043B hex

ж = character code 0436 hex

If you need to convert hexadecimal number to string, use the 'type cast' function (cf. image)

Your real problem is to find the good Font policy but here, i can not help you 😉

By mistake I accepted this as a solution but in fact I got an error when I tried to run the Convert UTF16 pointer to ASCII vi.

When I ran your example but it would split each U16 input into two U8 values and convert those values. Could this be Font?

You can select "Unmark solution" from Options menu located at the top right corner of my post. Please do it immediately or else people will think that your problem is solved and nobody will have a look at this thread. Regarding the error, i hope somebody will give a clear help about it. Sorry that i can't help this time.
