Hi All,
I'm trying to use NI OPC server 1.0 (just down loaded and activated with the proper activation code). I'm using XP and, just to start, I'm doing client/server tests in the same machine. The NI OPC server is running fine and if I try to connect an OPC Quick client, included in the NI OPC server distribution, all works fine.
In the same machine I have a second OPC client from Eldrige Engineering Inc. , when I try to connect the server I got the following line of error
Class is not licensed for use.
Doing the same exercise from a remote machine and with an OPC client from Automated Solutions I got the same problem. As in my application I need even to use third parts clients, this issue prevent me to use the NI OPC server.
As said NI OPC server is fully activated ( I checked it with the license manager). Just to complete the scenario, the Xp machine has been installed on a vmware server system.
Any help is really welcome
