close the front panel when the application starts..

hi alll
         i am doing one application where start up vi runs ...but i dont want to see the file running in front..... before that two pop ups which ask for system configuartion. and intilization has to be done. after that only data acquisition is going to done. how i want to do i tried with front pannel transperency....
any one help me....advance thanx...

If i understand correctly...:

Uncheck the "Open front panel when called" .

Then use the invoke node "Front Panel Open" to show your front panel, when you need to.
