code not running in RT

hai guys,

im having a very very weird prob with my RT. im using rt8101

when i run my code from my pc its running as how it should be but wen i deploy inside my RT it is not  working. Im monitoring my code via a network shared variable.

After i troubleshoot for nearly 2 day i found something intresting but not sure what causing the problem ... hope some1 can help me to solve the prob

I have simplyfied my prob in a attachment below

picture 2: wen i run in my PC and i deploy in RT my network shared variable is getting updated as how it should be.

picture 1: when i insert a write to file to the end of my sequence the whole program is not running. the network shared variable in sequence 1 and 2 oso not executed.

can any1 explain me what is the problem

My actual code is complex... but when i troubleshoot i came down to a simplied version which is causing the same problem
