combo box to signal waveform

hello,

i would like to ask on how to connect the combo box to get the three choices of waveform signals like sine, bar & triangular. i tried to do it but the error is no connection. is there any other commands/ buttons to add to make the connection right? and i would also tried to have a counter when the trigger is off or on. actually, im its trying to create a simple waveform generator and still striving to learn the Labview.

Hope somebody can help me. or share some samples.

Have you been through the tutorials? Basically you want to have a case structure with a case for each type of signal to generate. The control (I would recommend an enumeration rather than a combo box) selects which case gets executed.
