sorry for my poor english, I will try to transcript the error

error of permission of file
the librairy of vi's "internal.llb' can't be saved.saved error code LABVIEW 48: impossible to move the temporary file to destination.

a pop up opens and if I choose the directory the compilation runs again and it stop with error 7 is append at librarian get info.vi file not found

I once encountered the same problem and the solution was 6.0.2 update. As changes.doc (6.0.2 update) states, "Application Builder no longer generates �error 7� when building the installer for an application that includes support files that have custom destinations within the external VI library for the application."
If is not your case, you may search similar posts with a "+error +7 +get +info +build".
