compiling an fpga vi

Hi. I'm trying to compile a certain FPGA VI (with no errors). However, everytime I compile my code, LabVIEW eventually stops responding. I'm using a PXIe - 7962R module (NI FlexRIO). What can I do to solve this problem? Thank you for your time.
