constant Sampling Frequency in myRIO

Probably yes!

What have you tried and where did you stuck?

Sure, but there are possibly/probably other, more robust methods of doing this (such as using hardware timers in DAQ devices, using the clock driving the FPGA, etc.).  Why do you ask?  What do you really want to do?
