control Design & simulation module installation

I installed the labview 2012 eval version. I then downloaded the eval version of the control and simulation module and installed as well. But in my block diagram in the fuunctions pallet I don not see any elements in the control and simulation group . Can someone please help me fix this problem

is there something else I should install other than these 2

Both installations should be enough to show the palette. However, remember that you have to 'close' LabVIEW and/or reboot' the machine. If after you do that and you can't find the Simulation or the Control Design Palette under Control and Simulation Palette, then you can go to the folder National Instruments and look under the "NI License Manager" to verify what is the status of the license.

It says : For evaluation only. activation required for the the licenced version.

It says this when I select the control design and simulation module in the licence manager.

Then, you should be able to use CD&SIM for 30-days. Just to be sure, did you also closed LV and rebooted the system? When you launch, you should be able to see CD&SIM in the palette. Is it the case?

If you are still having trouble activating or installing the CD+Sim module I would recommend giving our support team a call at 1-866-ASK-MYNI

Could you attach a MAX Technical report(http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/271F252B4EF0A2E0862570E70056A1E4) to this thread?  If you open NI License Manager do you see the Control Design and Simulation Module as Present and activated?
