convert decimal to binary

I want to convert from message box witch is in ascii (decimal) to a signal in binary... can anyone help me?

this is not enough information!
What do you mean with message box? What binary signal, how do you transmit this signal and where to? And what do you mean with ASCII (decimal)? In another post I tried to clarify this term, you can find it here.
