convert labview 8.2 to 7.1 version

Here is the code converted toLabVIEW 7.1.  There are several fixes that I made for missing VIs but you will need to verify and fix one more broken SubVI.  Look for the grey highlighted sections of code then look for red boxes around the changed code.
