copy options and palletes to different computers

I have several different computers that I use, but have problems finding some functions on the palletes because they are not the same (someone may have changed them).  I have the same problem with the options that I have changed.

I know there is a file somewhere that can copied from computer to computer to duplicate the palletes and options, but cannot seem to find the message about it.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks.

most of the settings of LabVIEW are stored in the LabVIEW.ini file located next to the labview.exe executable (c:

program files\national instruments\labview x.xxx\labview.ini).

The palettes are stored in the LabVIEW data\palettes folder. Per default the LabVIEW data folder is inside your documents folder.

At an earlier employer we ran a script when a user logged on or off of a PC to copy the LabVIEW.ini from / to a network location.  With 12 techs developing on 110+ test benches (and desktops) it was crazy to expect that we all liked the same IDE settings.  Worked like a champ!
