counter freq sweep

I want to sweep the digital output of my counter continuously. All of the examples I've seen stop and restart the counter each time the frequency is changed. Is there a way to do this?

This link has an example for pulse width modulation with TIO counters. If you're using STC counters, it has instructions for modifying the VI for use with STC.
