crash logging

Hi,

I have here an LabView 7.1 application which crashes after some time of running. The problem is that we do not know which vi is responsible for this (may be it is an driver of a measurement device).

Is there any possibility to log the called vi´s, so that afterwards I can determine which vi causes the crash?

Does LabView write an core file and how to interpretate this one?

Hi,

When you said that LabVIEW crash, is LabVIEW closed or LV not respond and you must "Ctrl+Alt+DEL" and stop the task?

If you must stop the task, when you launch LabVIEW again an message come and you can send the Error message or not.

Here you can also see what was the problem and where LabVIEW crashed.

In other case that difficult to know where is the problem...perhaps all tasks, open and other functions are not good erase or closed when you close your programm.
