ramji hello!
What version of LabVIEW are you using? What version of LabVIEW DSC are you using? What does your application entail? When you run the VI, do you get a similar error? Is there any authorization process embedded in your application? (Essentially do users have to log in and out? It looks like there is a faulty log in as far as the txt file you posted.)
Answers to these questions will definitely be helpful to us in order to help as there might be updates you need to install depending on what version you have.
Please keep us posted!

ramji, how are things?
I am a little confused. How are you using LabVIEW 7.1 with LabVIEW DSC 6.1. That is not possible. Your LabVIEW development system version should be the same as your LabVIEW module version. Please verify that you are using the same versions for both.
The error is very ambiguous and will be hard to troubleshoot if we do not have more information. For example, what does your application entail. Do you have the LabVIEW DSC Runtime. You will need this if you are creating executables with LabVIEW DSC.
However, please first make sure the version of LabVIEW DSC you are using corresponds with your LabVIEW development system.
