cursor moving when serial receiving

when i connect a MCU via serial communication(receiving with 50ms interval) to LabVIEW. the problem is when the connection is on, the cursor in PC screen is move all the time,

this event only start today, i do not why

Have you checked the immunity of the PC?

I suggest checking the disk with a good antivirus, it seems as you've got a virus!

When booting windows with a unit that sends data connected to the serial port windows will identify this as a serial mouse.

Disconnect your serial unit, boot up windows and then reconnect the serial unit and you should be ok.
