In LabVIEW 7.1 I used the Menu Functions to programatically build custom menues for my application. I made sure I deleted the existing menu prior to building the custom one. In LabVIEW 8.6.1 the custom menus exist but they seem to reside on top of the default menu. Most times only the Window and Help menu items are display, but sometimes everything that can be shown is.
