cutsom palettes menu icons

I have created a custom pallet with a large hierarchy of controls.  I have mad custom icons for each pallette and saved the changes.  When I goto advances edit palettes the icons are still there, but when I drag the folder into the controls hierarchy into my userlib, the custom icons are gone and replaced with the default LabVIEW Icons.  Whay am I doing wrong?

Hi Paul,

Typically you want to place your custom palettes in their proper location and then  add them in LabVIEW. I would recommend this course of action instead. It sounds like LabVIEW is self-adding the palette in the user.lib folder and so it uses the default icon.
