daqmx digital output help

I need some help. Still trying to get my timing figured out for digital outputs.

I have now installed a 9401 DIO card which has coorelated DIO.

Yet the only way i can get the daqmx timing to not create an error is by using PFI0 for the source.

When i do the output waveform which should take 4 seconds, it is performed in about 20 ms.

I dont understand where is my mistake.

have attached hardware and vi.

Any help is greatly appriciated
