datasocket internet speed

Spoiler

Hello,
Was wandering if anyone could help. I am using datasocket and all is working fine, the problem is using datasocket to talk to google.co.uk for example it is taking me an averages of 200ms per communication and at best 134 ms. It is taking me the same amount of time to speak to the databse I am communicating with which has literally a status word returned so it is my issue is not due to datasize.
Spoiler

I am looking for a way of communicating at 100ms rates.  I was just wandering if there was a way to speed up datasocket or a .net recommeneded plug in or something similar that would allow me to use my labview code but speed up the communication so that I can reach ten times per second.
Spoiler

Many Thanks

Hi Dev,

instead of hiding your question behind spoiler tags you probably should attach the VI you're currently working with...

I am using a simple datasocket read funciton, I have also tried opening the port first and providing datasocket reads, its doesnt really speed up the information.

Hi Peter,

Could you attach your code see I can have a look at what you are doing in your code and then suggest some improvements.
