delay time microseconds

I am new in labview i need make some measurements with a delay but this is smaller than 1 microsecond i think that this can be possible with the board 6023E with daq_stc aplication but where i can put the commands because i think that is not possible create delays smaller than 1 ms with   wait time or wait time until ... vis´.
