 i using the NI Vision Acquisition software and NI Vision Development Module 2013

i want to determines the  percentage of pixels an  image that have a given intensity range

In the last link I belive what you're looking for would be the IMAQ Histograph or IMAQ Histogram. I hope this information helps!
