ok. i had seen this post but that is not my answer. i want to know difference in these buses.

The PXI chassis contains the high-performance PXI backplane, which includes the PCI bus and timing and triggering buses. PXI modular instrumentation adds a dedicated 10 MHz system reference clock.

PCI bus speed is quite low nd it rans based on processor speed.
