You really should start a new thread since this is an old thread and you question really isn't applicable to the thread topic.  That said, I would go with an AI since people will almost certainly want to measure more than just pulse width (average pulse voltage, rise/fall time, etc.).

Sorry - still getting caught up on the ins and outs of forum ettiquette.  But thanks!  I didn't realize you could directly send a message at a user either, so that was my mistake here.
