diode characteristics using ni elvis and labview 7.1

 I'm using the Ni elvis with LabVIEW 7.1. how can i measure i-v characteristics of silicon diode(1n4001-1n4007)?

hi,,,,me too having a problem....i need to build a labview application that calculate the i-v characteristics of a solar cell. It should using read from file measurement to read voltage arrays starting from 0,0.1,0.2...to 1.5. then it should contain a dial which is connected to the current. If u hv any idea pls help . thnx.
