You are simply simulating data and writing the values to some network shared variables. I have no idea why you are doing that.
Is this a school project, because it certainly sounds like one, and this it the time of year when we're inundated with school projects. Even from the ones who say "no, it's not a school project".

no its not school project....and my project is temperature control threw labview but i want to add some features so i thougt i'll add this one (not related to project )...
i want to add sms sending via internet features also ...which is related to my project ....i have searched email sending but cant find sms sendind via internet......give some suggestion..

Can we please stick to one thing, and can you please be clear as to what you want? First, you said you want to display weather information. Now you say you want temperature control. And you want to send SMS messages. You're all over the place. Ask a specific question.
