drag select rows in multicolumn to new location within same multicolumn with scroll

I have drag and drop setup on a multicolumn control but I am trying to drag items at the top of the list to lower in the list but the list needs to scroll to reach the desired position.

Currently I can only drag and drop within the multicolumn which is visible. Is there a way to drag and autoscroll the list to a desired position? Or how do I scroll while holding items to drag?

I find that if I start a drag and drop and then move the mouse and hover over the top and bottom region, the list starts to scroll.  The region in green highlight, here:

Does that not happen on yours?

It doesn't scroll super fast, you might have to hold it in place longer than you think, and if you have a long enough list it might not be a viable solution, but it does happen.

If it doesn't happen on yours, can you post a VI with the control on it?  Maybe you have a different control style?
