Perhaps you can use a 30 day trail version

Conductance = 1/resistance. This is rather easy to program in LV.

ya i know conductance=1/resistance.but im not very thorough with labview.how do i program this in labview.

Have you tried using some of these functions. You may use at least two of functions in this palette

ya i know these functions.though never used them.so i use these functions to convert voltage into resistance and finally into conductance?

This is going nowhere. Can you post your code. And code is not a picture.

this is what i have.i am just getting the signal and result is in volatge that is the amplitude

Using Express VIs is like peeing in your pants a cold winter day. You may get warmer for a few minutes. But after that it will be very cold. And just now you have become very cold. Also Labview programming is not just tossing some Express VIs out in a happy-go-lucky style. Then wire it quickly together hoping it will work. You must have some plan or idea of what you are doing, and what you try to achieve. You do some sampling and filtering. This mean you somehow must have data points some place. Let us follow that track. Show some ingenuity, and dare to explore using traditional Labview
I have made a VI which we can use as our workhorse. It is quite simple. I also include some papers regarding Skin conductance. By the way The correct thing is use a constant voltage, then measure the current.

well im quite sure of what im doing.so thnx for your advice.i got my problem solved.i just needed some value to determine the emotions.so i am going to use voltage so i dont need to convert it into anything.
