Here is the error message. I can not understand, what it means 

messgae is giving below

Error -1074396061 occurred at IMAQ OCR Read Text 4

Possible reason(s):

IMAQ Vision: The size of each dimension of the window must be greater than 2 and less than or equal to the size of the image in the corresponding dimension.

Plez help me out

Seems pretty clear to me, you set a region of interest either too small or too large.  It needs to be greater than 2 in every direction, but less than the size of the image to be OCR'ed.
