error of Register Level Programm on the PCI7830R

I need some help for the RLP programming of the PCI 7830R! I got the BAR0 from the Widnows device manager and use the MapPhysicalMemory Function under CVI to get a
pointer to the BAR0. and use this pointer to initialize the MITE chip of the PCI7830R. But when I Write the desired value got from the RLP utility VI to
the IOPCR register, it generate a protection error. How can I do with this? Hope for your Reply! thank a lot.

Hai my prob is in Measurement & Explorer, i already installed PCI 7830R card in my PC, nowhen i opened Measurement & Explorer it  detect my PCI7830R device in Device and Interface option... but its not showing the  property list of NI7830R.. y this happen? i want to mapped SCB68 with the card....how to solve this?
