Hi

I have problem. I use application (from examples) with connetion trougth ethernet to my Daq. And it work.

Then I build this apllication(exe file). Only 3 files are in build directory. Of course on destinaton computer there is  LVRTE2011f3std.exe installed.

When I start this application on destination computer it want some file from library (some dll files). I don't understand this.

I have one more question: Can I (or should I) install "measurement & automation explorer" on destination computer (to make this application work)?

Is there any tutorial when "building application" is described?

Have you installed the DAQmx drivers on the computer running the .exe.  The runtime engine is not enough.

You haven't told us what library it's looking for. You said you're controlling the DAQ via ethernet. Presumably this is a DAQ from another vendor?

What do you need to do with MAX if the DAQ is from another vendor?

As for the tutorial, the LabVIEW Help discusses how to build applications and installers. Did you try a search? There's also this:

Thanks for Your answer.

"smercurio_fc": We bought DAQ and other accesories in NI in Poland. But thank you for tutorial. Try understand: My english is limited and to find something in english is difficult for me. But of course I try but I fall.

"Ravens Fan" You wrote that I need instal DAQmx on destination computer (where I need run this .exe file). I do it yesterday and it work. But my question is: is this correct ? The licence on this product allow me to install DAQmx on other computer ?

Yes.  That is correct.  The license allows you to install the DAQmx drivers on any computer.
