i don't know how to check date format.

i have corrected the code somehow but not completely. i have to increment date in every row.

The code you send me is in version 2017 and i am using version 2014 and 2016

can you please send me code in 2014 or 2016 if you don't mind,thanks.

I'm sorry.  I forgot to check the LV version before saving to see if I needed to Save for Previous.  Here is my code in LV 2014.

In Windows, the date format is somewhere within the control panel and regional settings.  I'm not sure if Excel has a different option for it and where it would be.  It might be part of an import setting.  Or it might just be the way Excel automatically formats dates when they are "entered" as text.

@RavensFan,

FYI, when set to %m-%d-%Y %H:%M the dates are all saved in this format: 12/29/2012  2:30. When set to %d-%m-%Y %H:%M the dates where the day is greater than 12 is written as 28-12-2012 02:00 and when less than or equal to 12 it is written as 05/02/2013  21:30
