Hi,
So, i use a code made by someone else and that's connected with GPIB to an scopemeter and that's used on a pc under windows NT.
I use seven 64 bit for dev and labview v7.
I tried to update my video drivers but it didn't solve anything.
Good point, i created a vi with only one buton and one led and it worked... Its not labview in cause... But i don't understand why my old program doesn't work anymore.
Could it be the drivers?
Thank you for your answers.

I found a way to bypass this problem.
I use xp mode and it worked.
But i still can't use this software on Seven in the .exe and i can use the debug mode...
If i upgrade my labview to a newer one, will i still able to use a soft created under labview 7?
Anyway, thanks to all for helping me.

LabVIEW 7 is not supported in Windows 7. Things may work, or they may not. Guess which one you found.
If you update, the VIs should be readable: How to Upgrade or Revert a VI to a Different Version of LabVIEW
Of course, you will find a lot of changes between LabVIEW 2011 (the current version) and LabVIEW 7, so depending on the complexity of your app, you may find some things far easier to do in the new version, and things you did in LabVIEW 7 are no longer applicable in 2011. Please don't ask me "like what?". There's just too many.

So, thank you.
I'll look how to upgrade in 2011 and try.
