executable vi can not see Matlab

Hello All

I have tried to reinstall Matalb. I also tried to install version 5.3 and 7.x, but my executable vi can not see matlab and hungs when executed.
There is not problem with running this vi on other two machines, but on the one it can not even load.

The situation is like follows, I execute an *.exe vi and the task manager is saying that it is not responding.
I am not 100% sure that it is due to Matlab, but it looks like this, since in the beggining it always tries to load matlab.
The program hungs and I need to kill it.

How can I find if the matlab is properly installed and LV can see it?
I do not have LV installed on this machine. It must run only on the LV engine itself. I use the Matlab structure to communicate with
Matlab.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

I use the Matlab formula node. It is supposed to lunch Matlab automatically when the exe file is executed.

I have also removed the Matlab formula from the program and compiled. It runs without a problem.
So the freezing is due to Matlab.
