facing issue IO Module Status

I'm Using the FlexRIO 7972R and Adaptor Module 6584(half Duplex with termination mode).In my code first i am getting the status of IO module then sending some numeric data and receieve it back by making Tx and Rx wiring connection.

The issue is that I am getting the IO module status as power enabled(FALSE) and IO enabled(FALSE) .Can anyone help me how to fix this?
