I want to find tamplate on image

How do the size and tipe of the image influense on the time to  find tamplate?

Are you using the IMAQ Vision Software?  This is an additional package that doesn't cone with LabVIEW.  See link below to get you started.  If you want ot know the actual size of the image you will need to calibrate your camera.
