I don't think the LabVIEW forum will help you much.  You should contact HP or google it to see if HP provides any kind of API for using the fingerprint reader.

But I really doubt you'll find anything.  Since that is tied into the security system of the Laptop and Windows logon, I don't think they'll publish that kind of information.

MMM ok....but if I change the idea to a handprint and I use a normal scanner to do that how could I conect the scanner to labview.. what driver can I use with?
