fpga pxi7811R no output

I make a FPGA VI in labview 8.5 and use the hardware IO as output in the debug mode. The VI is very simple just outputting a square wave ,but nothing appeared in the foot. And then I opened the NI MAX and saw that the selfless result of the card is OK. How can I conform the card is in good status.

What kind of "foot" are you using?  Can you write the output data to a FIFO and then read the FIFO in your host (windows) program to confirm that the data represents a square wave?  Check the channel settings to make sure you are writing to the correct channel.  Make sure your channel is enabled.
