What kind of registry entries are you worried about. Just uninstalling the application should be enough for all practical purpose.
(Are you possibly trying to be able to get another evaluation period out of this exercise? ;))

Sure....
joke apart, I need it no more as I already have licensed version in other computer. So I like to keep my registry clean.... 'coz LabVIEW enters a huge no of entry there in registry...............

hey,
I think after uninstall it should be out but u can check registry entry and if u find something out there then delete urself .. I guess u already know how to do this but for otherwise case
Type regedit in command prompt and enter, u will see window with tree structure in left hand side.. go in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE and see the entry of National Instruments.. then right clik over it and remove..
Hope it helps
