getting the recipiets Title of an outlook message with ActiveX using LV

I have to process a number of saved emails and based on the recipient(s) title name move them to different buckets.

here is what I have so far.

has anyone know which property would help me get this piece of information?

I have been dealing with this for some time now with 0 success.

note: I can attach the code if it will help.
