Hi,
I have a problem with evaluating the gradient of a triangle signal.
To check the connection and the module of a 9144er chassis we are generating a triangle signal on the master and set it on an AO module. This signal is bowed to an analog in module. On the controller I compare the signal of the AO-module with the AI signal.
My problem is, that when there is e.g. a broken wire on the AI module of the slave the last written output is still set.
Has anybody a suggestion to evaluate this analog watchdog? Maybe with a gradient function? I've tested it with a linear equation and inverted the k-part on the top, but the result isn't as expected.
Thanks for your hints.
Best Regards,
