graph scale doesn't use up the full plot area

Hello Matt,

I downloaded your program and saw the problem with the x scale. However, when I took turned off Autoscale X axis and reset the scale layout by right-clicking ->Advanced -> Reset Scale Layout, everything seemed to look right again. I ran the program over and over to see if the problem came back but I did not see the behavior again. I also tried this in both versions 7 and 7.1 to see if it had something to do with the different versions. The resetting of the scale layout seemed to work in both versions. I also set the new layout as the default and saved the program. When I reopened the program, the origin was in the correct location. So, I am unable to see the same behavior you are. If you can think of another way to demonstrate this behavior to me let me know and I will take a look at it.

Thanks,
Caroline

Thanks for looking into it. I tried your same process: 1) turn off autoscale x, 2) reset scale layout. My results were the same as my posting with the picture of graph problem 2.bmp.

Since I can correct the problem by selecting Advanced->Reset Scale Layout in the control editor (as I mentioned in an earlier post), I am not too concerned about fixing it in the front panel.

Thanks again.
Matt
