my machine need x y z sync signals working.I want to use NI 6713 to simulate the synchronizer. how to do ?

has anyone has experience?

Well, we're not mind readers, so perhaps you could tell us what your machine is? The 6713 is simply an analog output board. This means you must program it to generate the appropriate X, Y, and Z signals on three separate outputs for your machine, whatever that is. You should take some time to read over the DAQ manual and to look over the examples that ship with LabVIEW. There's lots of examples in there on performing analog output. You may also want to consider spending some time in the Measurement Fundamentals page.
