help creating a dynamic formula vi

Hi i was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to make a dyamaic formula vi, or could give me an idea of how to start.

what i mean by this is that the vi would have a sting input which would be in a form of a formula and it would then do that mathematical function. i.e. a = b +c, y=mx+c etc .The vi would therefore has a string input which is the formula , a number of input number and a few outputs.

do you know the labview internal vi´s to analyse a formula, for example the "Parse Formula String.vi" in the Math section?
