hex convert example

Dear forum members. I have one question. Could you tell me how the Hex Display convert Normal Display with same value? I attached vi hex display, if you see here Hex display 0000 24A3 0000 0063 0000 244C 0000 0062 and etc. I want convert this normal display and same hex....After i want seperate it 2 different strings  0000 24A3                0000 0063
