what will be the source for this generated Voltage??

Do you own/posses a Analog output DAQ card to generate voltage ??

yes, i do. it is on the computer which will be used to input voltage.the thing is i am making this for a viscometer(used to find viscocities) in which i need communication between the computer and the machine. the voltage will be sent by the computer (input data) and the machine will give the output data (viscocity) back to the computer. so i need to know how can i make a machine-computer interface.

well you could start by telling us what the name of the machine is. What type of interfacing does it have. does it already have ready made drivers.
