I want to hide pop up (shortcut;right-click) menu's on a list box when a user right clicks on a row that contains no values. I have disabled its "run-time shortcut menu" from the "Advanced" section of the controls development-time shortcut menu but still "Remote panel server" item appears. How can I prevent any right-click menu from appearing when a user clicks on an empty item.

The most control is through the event structure, you can handle the filter event Mouse down? on your control and there is a flag for right button.  You can selectivly filter this event, that is have it on is some ocasions and off other times.
