How can i read the CD-rom and analyse the frequencys of the song with labview'

If the audio is in a common file format such as WAV, you can open the file directly in LabVIEW, read the data into your application and then pass it to any of the analysis functions such as a FFT, or display it on a graph. If you do not have LabVIEW take a look at the evaluation version, otherwise take a look at the Getting Started with LabVIEW manual.
