how can i change the value automaticaly

I have a text (Go For )at FP , and i want that text to be blinking in black color, and than when i connect to the (Passage44)i want Value Change to be change automaticaly to excute it, and than when it finish it, come back to the (GO For )
someone can help me withe a sample

but i am sorry this not the one i am looking for.
The one i am looking for is :the time i am not using
the progam, i want the text (Go for )to be bliking
on FP,
and than when i will connect the cellur phone (hand Phone)to the program , i want the value change to change automaticaly to passage44, and execute it
i use the VISA to writ and read.

hex (1E),and from there i will writ/ read.
