Well...  In most cases, faster hardware means faster running software.  Also, (in most cases) optimized C code will beat optimized LabVIEW code.

What I'm saying is that you should try to do the best you can with your particular hardware and software.  There are way too many variables to consider when you compare language performance on different machines for the comparison to mean anything.
